LA Semiconductor Receivership
On February 19, 2025, the court entered a permanent receivership order appointing FTI Consulting as the independent receiver for LA Semiconductor (LAS). As receiver, our role is to oversee operations, manage assets, and ensure the continued stability of LAS while legal proceedings continue.
Our primary objective is to maintain business continuity, fulfill LAS’s commitments to customers and partners, and support employees throughout this process. The Pocatello, Idaho wafer manufacturing facility remains fully operational, and we are committed to ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality products without disruption.

What did LA Semiconductor announce?
On December 21, 2024, LA Semiconductor was placed into Receivership, with FTI Consulting appointed as Receiver. The Court will conduct a Hearing on January 27, 2025 to determine whether the receivership will remain in place on a permanent basis. LAS remains open for business and will continue to operate as usual.
What is Receivership?
